A licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience. Prior to co-founding HI Impact Realty LLC, Jonathan worked at his family owned company, The Realty Company, Ltd under his father, Wayne Sadoyama who operated multiple departments: sales, property management, residential appraisal, and commercial appraisal.
